About the Role:
I am looking for a polished and motivated Sales Professional to elevate my client’s in-store experience. You’ll play a vital role in building and nurturing relationships with high-end clients guiding them through collections, offering a personalised, memorable shopping experience, and hitting company revenue goals
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver outstanding, client-focused service to reflect the brand’s prestige watch and jewelry collections
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met
- Share product expertise to educate and inspire clients
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Collaborate with a team of passionate luxury professionals
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in luxury sales, ideally within jewelry or watches
- Rolex experience or understand of Rolex or similar luxury watches
- Strong understanding of the luxury market and clientele expectations
- Impeccable presentation and communication skills
- A genuine passion for luxury products and customer experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
