Working with a very close knit team of technically amazing people you will have the opportunity to support a number of clients with their BAU and project work that is coming through.
What you need to be successful:
- Previous experience working in a level 2 role
- Strong capabilities supporting Microsoft technology
- Great customer service and support
- Ability to update and maintain Support tickets
- Windows Server, Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange, MS Teams, Networking, Desktop Support, Hardware Support.
- Passion to grow and expand your skills and knowledge
- Full Australian working rights
- Current drivers license and ideally a car when required to go onsite.
- Previous experience working for a MSP or Service Provider
- Any IT related certifications
