International real estate organisation are looking for a Service Desk Analyst for their North Sydney HQ.
The Role
This is an URGENT ROLE
Once in this role, you will be working using your customer service skills and technical problem solving skills. You will be the first point of contact for internal staff and 3rd party vendors (face to face, over the phone and through the ticketing system), so you will need to have the right attitude where you put the customer first. Technically you will be working in a Microsoft environment with Ivanti as the ticketing system. The company are going through some technical changes so you will also get exposure to some change analysis work as well.
The Requirements
This role would be perfect for someone with 1/2 years experience in a Level 1/2 Support position.
Ideally, you will have some of the following technical skills;
- Windows and MS
- Citrix
- Active Directory
- Any knowledge of working with any service management tools, in particular Ivanti, would be great.
- Great communication skills and a customer first attitude
- Must have full working rights for Australia
For this PERMANENT role based in North Sydney the client is looking to pay around $65/70k + Super and needs someone to start ASAP.
