Hybrid Working Model (2-3 days in the office, 2-3 days at home after lockdown)
Salary: $140,000 + 10% super + 10% BONUS
Join this exciting, large and growing organisation based in Melbourne South Eastern Suburbs! They have a unique opportunity for a solid .NET Technical Lead or .NET Development Manager to join on a permanent basis in their growing team. You will be leading a team of 2-3 .NET Developers including doing performance management, KPIs, People Management.
Key Requirements (Essential):-
- Mentoring and leading experience
- MUST have at least strong experience as a people leader leading teams of 2+ people
- At least 5 years as a Software Engineer/Developer
- .NET Development experience
- Strong experience as a Developer
- Angular/React/VueJS
- Azure
- Xamarin
