Job Description
You will be responsible for the development and maintenance of an enterprise level data lake platform that feeds into the Data and Reporting team. You will be working with smart and passionate data professionals providing clean data for the business to make informed decisions. You will be looking after data quality and security controls. There will be an element of stakeholder engagement to enable the best possible data solutions for the business. You will have an opportunity to work in a project and BAU environment where you can liaise with stakeholders to deliver on projects and their needs.

- Maintain and enhance the data platforms data quality, integrity and security.
- Work in an agile environment
- Attend internal workshops and develop the application using fast iterative delivery cycle
- Collaborate and lead internal and external stakeholders to ensure working to best practices
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure buy in and requirements are met.
- Proven understanding of data modelling, data mining, cleansing and evaluation
- Tertiary qualification in Information Systems or related discipline or relevant commercial experience.
- Demonstrated experiencing in data warehousing and methodologies
- Proficient ETL, data models and data frameworks
- Proficient SQL/T-SQL and SSIS
- Understanding of Tableau or other data visualisation tools (Tableau)
- Independent thinker, solution focused and ability to learn quickly
- Excellent communication skills and self-starter
