Key Responsibilities:
- Review project plans, schedules, and costs, identifying savings and construction issues.
- Assist labourers and landscapers with completing projects, jumping on the tools and machinery as needed
- Lead and optimise labour performance while overseeing subcontractor work and compliance.
- Collaborate with the Construction Manager on cost control, scheduling, and project variations.
- Maintain high construction standards through regular audits and quality control.
- Ensure safety, environmental, and security compliance while managing site operations and equipment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Landscape Foreman, preferably within the commercial construction industry.
- Strong understanding of landscaping techniques, construction methods, and project management principles.
- Ability to read and interpret project plans, specifications, and construction drawings.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide teams and collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in cost control, scheduling, and auditing workmanship.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
To be considered for this role you must:
- Have full Australian working rights
- Have past experience as a Landscape Foreman
- Have full clean driving record
