For a client of Sirius Technology we are urgently looking for a Java technical lead to manage a software development team of 6. Your responsibilities will include designing new features, mentoring junior and mid-level developers & making decisions on development standards, best practices and coding patterns. You will have a certain level of autonomy and will ensure timely delivery of sprints as well as coming up with innovative ways to improve features and the product itself.
