- Support Engineer - Field Services to Level 2
- Immediate Start available
The role is part of the larger National IT Support Operations team that support thousands of users with everything IT related.
In this role you will be required to:
- Travel to sites as required for onsite break fix work
- Provide Level 1/2 support to your end customers
- Participate in weekly national meetings
- Provide excellent customer service to your end users
To be successful you will need:
- Min of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Ability to learn new tools quickly
- Ability to support tools like: Microsoft Office, Desktops, Phones, Internet issues, Phone systems etc
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritise your work
- Current license and car
- Full Australian working rights
