About the role & skills/experience
Project coordinator role supporting key project resources in delivering a large ERP implementation (SAP). We are looking for someone who can work closely with, support and engage the project team to drive achievement of timelines and deliverables.

- Proven experience in a project coordinator, project analyst, project officer or similar role
- Coordinate resources, documentation, planning, meetings and schedules
- Work closely with the project manager, business stakeholders, external vendors and technical resources
- Organise and manage meetings (organize, document minutes, share minutes)
- Create concise reports and metrics
- Investigate and document project risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies (RAID's)
- Identify areas for continuous improvement in project delivery
