About the role
This large organisation is undergoing significant change within the technology department. They are seeking to recruit an interim IT Applications Manager for a 3 month period to assist in managing and maintaining the core business applications. The organisation is an industry leader and is recognized for its innovative approach to Technology as a business enabler.

Skills and responsibilities
- Manage core business applications and related functions
- Ensure high availability and performance of core business applications
- Oversee application support, documentation, requirements, solution development, integration and testing
- Use Agile processes and tools to manage SDLC activities (Scrum, Kanban)
- Manage, support and maintain the businesses Reporting function (Tableau)
- Contribute to user training and online learning for staff
- Manage external supplier/vendor Service Level Agreements
- Lead a team of support and project staff including application support consultants, business analysts and Reporting analysts
