About the Role:
We're on the hunt for a dynamic Inside Sales Executive who thrives on action and results. With your 'Get Stuff Done' attitude and an instinct for spotting opportunities, you'll be the driving force behind our growth in the ANZ region. Your tasks will include:
- Energizing our sales pipeline by pursuing inbound leads and providing exceptional customer service.
- Mastering the art of identifying customer needs and desires.
- Achieving monthly/quarterly KPIs through successful sales closures.
- Handling inbound calls, addressing sales inquiries, and routing them to the right team.
- Accurately inputting data into our cutting-edge software and CRM (HubSpot).
- Collaborating with our tech experts to ensure we stay customer-focused.
- Guiding new customers through onboarding, integration, and training (training available).
- Teamwork to resolve technical, billing, and account-related issues.
You're a sales superstar with boundless energy, proactiveness, and a deep understanding of the sales cycle. You should possess:
- A solid track record in sales and relationship-building.
- Exceptional communication, time management, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- A professional approach to handling calls.
- Proven experience in customer-focused sales roles.
- The ability to thrive in a high-pressure sales environment.
- Proficiency in CRM management and navigation.
