Job Description
Role: Looking for an Experienced Implementation Consultant for managing the overall implementation of projects, defining and driving project plans, developing strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Direct liaison with customers to introduce and confirm project engagement methodology.
- Planning and confirmation of the project timelines and scope including project working group, workshop intervals and key dates.
- Conduct product demonstrations for prospective customers via online conferencing or in person.
- Develop quotations from customer requests after liaising with the appropriate team members to confirm the scope of work that is required.
- Monitor progress of enhancements and deliveries and update the customer accordingly.
- Provide status updates as per the agreed implementation plan on all implementation tasks in progress or as required.
- Communicate and assist in the resolution of any safety issues relating to equipment, health and duties.
