The client is a well-known national brand looking to expand its team.

In this role you will be: 

Reporting to the ICT Manager, you will be responsible for the support and further development, refinement, and ongoing implementation of MPCN’s applications and platforms that are needed to deliver our strategic goals. As an ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems accredited organisation, having in place high-quality systems and processes that enable the efficient and effective delivery of our services while minimizing risk, and enabling us to take advantage of opportunities, is critical. 

The role will have exposure across the whole business, so this will require both a high level of business and technical capability, coupled with outstanding communication skills and the ability to exert influence in a cross-functional environment. Assisting in setting clear priorities across the organization, you will ensure agreed activities are delivered on time and on budget.

To be successful you will need:

- At least 2+ years’ experience or tertiary/formal qualifications in a relevant field

Demonstrated skills, knowledge, and experience in:

- Working with Telecommunications service providers and understanding call-flow systems.

- Logging and addressing support tickets.

- Providing customer service for both Technical and Non-technical audiences.

- Project management skills and ability to deliver desired outcomes within required timeframes.

- High attention to detail.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team.

- Competencies in MS Office products, Word, Excel, and Outlook.

- Competencies with Microsoft Administrator tools.

   - Microsoft Active Directory and Azure

   - Microsoft Teams Admin Centre

   - Office 365 (M365) & SharePoint

- Positive, proactive, and professional approach.

- Calm under pressure and adaptable in a changing environment.
