- Permanent full time opportunity
- Sydney CBD location - WFH 1 day a week
- $100,000 + Super + PBI
Reporting to the CFO/Director of Corporate services, your main tasks will include:
- Recruitment - interviewing, hiring staff, inductions, recognition programs
- Reviewing - remuneration, benefits, leave, background checks, training, and development
- Handle employee inquiries - internal and external
- Oversee and coordinate performance appraisals, terminations, and discipline matters
- Adhoc duties as required
- 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws
- Solid written & verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
- High sense of urgency and is a strong team player
- Tertiary degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
