Job Description

  • Temp Opportunity until December
  • $35.00 per hour + super
  • WFH, then 2 days per week in office from November 1st
  • Crows Nest location
An exciting opportunity for a strong system savvy administrator experienced in SalesForce has become available at our client based in Crows Nest.

Reporting to the Operations / HR Manager, your tasks will include:
  • Setting up records, creating reports and general database management (Salesforce)
  • Supporting operations team with admin functions
  • some HR - preparing contracts, registrations, general compliance
  • Problem solving and patience - working with rural networks
  • Asset management 
  • Website clean up and management
To be successful in this extremely varied role, you will need:
  • strong experience using Salesforce
  • light exposure to HR Admin
  • strong administrative skills
  • excellent customer service skills with the ability to think and act proactively 
  • ability to support the many function of an operations team
This role is a temporary opportunity until Christmas, with the opportunity for a star candidate to go permanent.
