Are you a detail-minded, organised, and willing candidate who is looking for an opportunity to start your HR career? We are currently working with a client on a all-round HR position and you will be working closely with the HR Manager
What you will be doing:
- Update, maintain, and manage the HRIS
- Assist with all on-boarding and off-boarding related matters like induction, training, and exit interviews
- Organise birthday parties and social events
- Provide assistance on recruitment from posting ads, initial phone screening, to reference checks
- Set up venue for company events and celebrations
- Review and update company policies
- Provide all round administration support including data entry, filing and scanning etc.

- Hard working and willing to learn
- Professional and discrete when handling confidential matters
- Reliable and self-starter
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English
- Previous experience in administration
