HR Advisor

Great opportunity for a HR Advisor to join a Healthcare Client based in North Sydney. $80k+super

The Company

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Advisor to join a leading healthcare company based in North Sydney close to public transport.


The Role

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for:

  • Act as first point of contact for all HR related matters
  • Providing high level HR support to broader the HR team
  • Review and update the online onboarding content
  • Coordinating recruitment processes including screening candidates, scheduling of interviews and completing reference checks
  • Drafting Employment Contracts and letters
  • Manage WHS and Workers Compensation
  • Completing various reports such as staff turnover reports
  • Maintain an up to date knowledge of employment legislation and company policies and procedures
 

About you

To be successful you will demonstrate

  • Relevant Degree in Human Resources
  • At least 18 months experience in a HR Advisor position
  • Experience using Workday highly desirable
  • Experience in interpreting various Modern Awards / Enterprise Agreements
  • Experience in drafting employment contracts and change of conditions
  • Understanding of WHS procedures and Workers Compensation across multiple states
  • High level of accuracy and a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Pragmatic thinker with the proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
