First level Application Support Analyst - $65,000 + Super
Sydney CBD based Prestigious Financial Software company requires an Application Support Analyst to join their team.
- Identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Become an advocate and expert of the Software Suite of products
- Diagnose and resolve client system configuration issues
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure that their needs are met and advising them in the effective use of software
- Manage client cases and development requests through JIRA
- Document and maintain relevant software "How-tos" and troubleshooting guides in Confluence
Skills and experience
- Strong customer service experience is essential
- Previous experience in a Level 1 - 2 Applications support role
- Superior Communication skills are essential
