Job Description

First level Application Support Analyst - $65,000 + Super

Sydney CBD based Prestigious Financial Software company requires an Application Support Analyst to join their team.

The role



  • Identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Become an advocate and expert of the Software Suite of products
  • Diagnose and resolve client system configuration issues
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure that their needs are met and advising them in the effective use of software
  • Manage client cases and development requests through JIRA
  • Document and maintain relevant software "How-tos" and troubleshooting guides in Confluence





Skills and experience


  • Strong customer service experience is essential
  • Previous experience in a Level 1 - 2 Applications support role
  • Superior Communication skills are essential
