Job Description
- 12 month FTC
- Sydney or Melbourne location - Hybrid opportunity
Reporting to the Business Manager your main tasks will include:
- Provide level 1 support to existing clients
- Resolving incidents from users and logging in line with SLA’s
- Provide updates on issues to internal and external stakeholders
- Create articles for customers
- Handle and respond to escalated issues and allocated tasks
- Keep up to date with software changes and updates
- 1-2 years’ experience in the Tax & Accounting Industry preferred
- Experience in client-facing service desk desirable
- Solid written & verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
- High sense of urgency and is a strong team player
- Ability to learn new software quickly
