This Salesforce partner has operated in Australia for over 10 years. They are seen as Salesforce experts across a range of industries including Manufacturing, Energy, Financial Services, Technology and Professional Services. Due to continued growth and maturing of the business, this role has been created.
Summary of role:
This role will operate across 3 main areas. The first area being as the most senior Technical Architect within the business. You will work closely with other consultants to solve complex client problems and provide high level architecture
Second, you will own the governance and quality of technical consulting within the business. This will involve working closely with consultants to ensure their solutions are technically sound and appropriate for what the clients needs are. You will also establish and mature an internal repository of code and processes which can be re-used and modified for various clients.
Third, you will work with other members of the senior leadership team to continue to create a learning environment for staff. This will be based both on staff development which they have identified to fit within their career aspirations and also pair this up with the strategic development of the business.
