We are seeking an experienced administrator, ideally with demonstrated experience working within the Health, Hospital or Medical industry sector. You will be working closely and providing support to the Quality Manager.
You will be responsible for:
- Email management
- Providing reports to the team
- Management of phone queries
- Calendar organisation
- Meeting room management
- Minute taking
- General administration
- Ad hoc tasks
Your will need:
- Demonstrated experience in Administration or team support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Health Industry experience is desirable
- Ability to multitask and think on your feet
- Strong organisation skills
