  • Solid Executive Assistant experience needed
  • $40.00 - $45.00 + super
  • 3 month temp assignment to start MONDAY 22nd November
Our client, a leader in the Health Care Industry is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join their executive team for a 3 month (minimum) temporary assignment.

Working directly with the Head of People and Culture, your main duties will be:
  • Formatting and proof reading highly confidential documents
  • Diary Management
  • Email Management
  • Preparing Communication
  • Some minute taking
This role is high function, you will supported with a hand over and assistance during the assignment.

You will need strong Executive Assistant experience at a high level, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to hit the ground running.

This 3 month temporary assignment will start Monday 22nd November.  Experience within the Health Industry highly preferred but not essential.
