In this role you will be:
- Responsible for the overall test planning and execution of testing across the program
- Engaging with Stakeholders across the business
- Working closely with the Program lead and SI partners to ensure business requirements are met
- Accountable for all test activities like SIT, UAT, Data, Payroll and Regression Testing
- Be a key contributor to the program with planning and analysis
- Providing expert advice and guidance for all testing activities
- Assess and prepare risk migration plans in case delays are foreseen
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with various stakeholders
- To be an adaptive leader with a end customer focus
- Experience with ERP inc - HR, Payroll and Finance applications
- Experience creating test deliverables to support project deadlines.
- Ability to work under time pressure when required and the ability to find solutions
- Experience working in a DevOps/Agile environment
- Full Australian working rights
- Ability to be onsite as required in CBD (2-3 days a week)
- Experience with ERP Platforms such as Workday, or Oracle Fusion is desirable
