Working for one of Australia's largest entertainment company based in the Sydney CBD. After a year of transformation, the business is now looking for leaders who can come with an innovative mind and be ready to challenge the norms! There are extensive plans to expand the company internationally.
The Roles
In this position, you will be reporting straight into the CTO and will be managing an engineering team of about 30. Currently, the team is divided into different products which are each managed by Project Managers, so you will be supported by them. Primarily, your responsibility is going to be focused on managing and strategic direction of the technical teams and making sure that the critical projects are completed on time. This is a great opportunity for someone with management experience take a step up and be part of a flat management team and make executive decisions involving the direction of the technical teams.
The Requirements
For this role, the client is looking for:
- 5 + Years in a Management Role
- 10 + Years in a Software Engineering position
- Extensive knowledge of .Net, Python, HTML5 and Cloud Technologies
- Fantastic communication skills
- Full working rights for Australia
This is a permanent position paying around $170k + Super and the position is based in the Sydney CBD.
