What are we looking for?
Our client are looking for a Lead Software Engineer who is well versed in modern frameworks and best practises including Automation, CI/CD and Agile to join their team. This is a technically hands on opportunity for someone with strong C#, .NET (including .NET Core), AWS and modern JS frameworks to uplift momentum in the team and lead from the front.

Role and responsibilities;
- Experience in a lead position with hands on management of a small team in an Agile environment
- Strong technical and intrapersonal skills with the ability to manage and get the best out of small team
- Excellent experience in Agile including SCRUM, XP and TDD
- Ability to work within a diverse business with strong personalities and push back when needed
- Confident across the Full Stack
- Strong technical skills must include - C#, .NET (including .NET CORE), modern JS frameworks (including AngularJS, EmberJS or ReactJS), T-SQL and Cloud (AWS preferred).
