The Company:
This 20 year old product business prides itself on the fact that customers never leave. Its innovative suite of Automation products can both be off the shelf white label but they are also highly customisable.
The Opportunity:
This is a great role for a mid to senior level developer who sees themselves as a Dev Manager in the future. You will either step up straight away or be put on a fast track path to team leadership working under some great mentors.
This role sits within the highly exciting implementation and customisation team. You will be working closely with an SDM and liaising directly with clients around what it is they want the product to achieve for their business, and then making it happen.
Your Background:
You will be a 5+ year experienced developer/engineer who is looking to make the jump into leadership. Ideally, you will have worked with external customers, but direct contact with internal stakeholders will also be great.
You will be happy to sit in a multi-disciplinary meeting and represent team product.

Other Details:
This company is highly flexible. They have the ability to set you up in a shared office if needed but their WFH policy means they have no fixed office space. Due to the nature of this role you will be required to work on client site when required, but again, this is highly flexible.
