Role: Support Worker
Location: Melbourne
Position Type: Casual
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality support and care to NDIS participants in their daily activities
- Encourage and support individuals in achieving their goals and enhancing their quality of life
- Work collaboratively with families and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate records of support activities and participant progress
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and NDIS Certification
- Own reliable transport and current driver's license
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate, reliable, and committed to providing exceptional care
