Job Description
Our well-established Banking client is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join and help support their Digital e-banking team.
Role:
- Responsible for ensuring the team lives agile values/principles and follows the processes and practices the team agree
- Clearing hindrances and addressing team dynamics
- Establishing an environment where the team can be effective
- Provide guidance to build a good relationship between the team and Product Owner as well as others outside the team
- Support the team from outside interruptions and distractions
- Work collaboratively with business users to understand and help the team implement system requirements
Key Skills:
- Scrum Master expertise
- Digital IT sector skills
- Experience working with e-banking platforms a plus
- Financial Services industry sector knowledge
- Team player and excellent communication skills
- Experience with a global development team environment
