My Client is a dynamic, innovative and leading Consultancy and Training Programme leader who is dedicated to servicing top-tier Clients throughout Australia. The company has been an industry leader for over 20 years and is now on the hunt for a driven, tech savvy and passionate Digital Marketing Manager to join the team.
As the Marketing Manager, you will lead and oversee all aspects of our marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives. Your primary focus will be to drive growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement through creative and results-driven marketing strategies. You will collaborate with various teams to implement effective marketing plans and contribute to the overall success of the company.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans in alignment with company objectives.
- Manage and lead a team of marketing professionals, ensuring their growth and performance - all very professional and self sustained professionals
- Oversee digital marketing, content creation, advertising, and branding activities.
- Monitor and optimise high volume campaigns to maximise customer/client engagement and company performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Operations, to achieve common goals.
- Manage marketing budgets and report on key performance metrics.
- Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or similar role within a B2B, Consultancy or Training Provider organisation
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- In-depth knowledge of various marketing techniques and best practices
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field; a Master's degree is a plus.
