Job Description
This growing organisation is looking for a strong Software Development Team Lead/Development Lead on a permanent basis to join a growing team. They need a strong leader who is passionate and enthusiastic about cutting edge technology. You will have 6 direct reports in this role.
Key Requirements (Essential) please list your skills in number of years:-
- Experience in managing small to mid-sized development teams
- Able to manage multiple projects and tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
- Leadership skills
- Experience in either of the Development languages Java, ASP.NET or C# or .NET (including JavaScript, MSSQL, Git or Webforms)
- Managing Software Development using AGILE
- Experience in implementing or managing continuous integration and automated testing
- Cloud Services experience (for example AWS)
