The Company
Working for one of Australia's leading work places on a permanent basis. You will be part of a small team who will be supporting over 900 users in Queensland and with a fleet of 150 devices.
The Role
Once in this position, you will be the senior member of the Service Desk Analysts. Ownership of all customer applications including the vendor management of third party provided solutions.
The Requirements
For this position, you MUST have the following skill set;
- 5 + Years in a Desktop Systems Support
- Excellent understanding of the ITIL Process
- Have technical skills in;
- Mobile Device Managerment
- 5+ years working in a technical consulting role, you’ll have demonstrated technical experience delivering customer projects. You’ll also have a strong team focus and collaborative approach in delivering technical solutions

The salary for this role is paying up to $110k + Super
