What you’ll be doing:
- Level 2 technical support
- Logging all calls and jobs via ticketing system
- Provide high level of Customer Service
- Provide hardware and software support to clients
Skills needed:
- Experience in M365 and Active directory
- Experience in Cisco Jabber or similar technologies
- Knowledge of VMware or Citrix
