Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform complex behavioural and descriptive analysis/segmentation to identify opportunities, remediation activities and produce insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop, propose, gain support for, and execute an analytical approach to supporting the remediation activities
- Use problem-solving methodologies to propose creative solutions
- Identify and implement new applications of data for opportunities
- Stakeholder managment
Job Requirements:
- Strong knowledge and hands-on SQL experience (with SAS, Teradata etc.)
- Experience in customer transactional data analyses, preferably in banking and financial services
- Experience in analysing large data sets, performing data gathering, validations, imputation and
- treatment and analyses
- Automation experience using various tools, R preferred
- Strong storyboarding skills with at least one visualisation tool experience
- Problem solving and creative thinking
