Job Description
My client is a large well known Australian organisation with offices in Australia. They are currently looking for a Customer Success Manager to join them on a permanent basis. Open to working in Melbourne or Hybrid working. Offices in Melbourne Eastern Suburbs.
Key requirements for this role (Essential):-
- Passionate customer advocacy – being the face of the company and the voice of the customer
- Strong critical thinking ability to prioritise effectively and ensure positive outcomes
- Experience in relationship and account management
- Customer support experience in software, SaaS or technical products
- Keen perceptive intelligence in assessing and understanding customer needs and driving solutions to meet those needs
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively through oral, written, and in-person mediums
- Experience collaborating cross-departmentally to deliver comprehensive solutions for customers
- Keen interest in software and learning fast with new IT applications
- Willingness and ability to provide consulting at customers’ convenient times when required
