Our client, a leader in the Safety Industry is looking for a Customer Service Team Leader to join their customer centric team. 

Reporting to the Manager,  your main tasks will include:
  • Lead, support, and develop a team
  • Manage a high performing team and deliver excellent customer service
  • Manage team to meet all agreed KPI’s 
  • Lead a team through times of change
To be successful in this position, you will need:
  • A minimum of 3 years in a similar role
  • Demonstrable people leadership capability and strong communications skills
  • Ability to build relationships & team morale with focus on continuous improvement
  • Strong stakeholder management experience
  • Team leadership
  • Other desirable experience includes experience in a Call Centre environment, project management and exposure to high volume call centre
