Reporting to the Manager, your main tasks will include:
- Lead, support, and develop a team
- Manage a high performing team and deliver excellent customer service
- Manage team to meet all agreed KPI’s
- Lead a team through times of change
- A minimum of 3 years in a similar role
- Demonstrable people leadership capability and strong communications skills
- Ability to build relationships & team morale with focus on continuous improvement
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Team leadership
- Other desirable experience includes experience in a Call Centre environment, project management and exposure to high volume call centre
