Job Description
The key duties include:
- Managing high volume of calls, responding in a professional and timely manner
- Escalating calls when required to ensure customer satisfaction is met
- Manage all data in the CRM, ensuring client information is correct and updated.
- Manage end to end customer service – from initial request to completion of order/ request
- Prior experience in an customer service role (not retail)
- Be able to prioritise and have strong organisational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill
- Ability to understand customer needs and complaints
- Strong problem solving skills
- Knowledge in manufacturing is highly regarded, but not essential
- Love building relationships
- Prior SAP experience highly regarded
