Reporting to the Branch Manager, your main tasks will include:
- Answering all customer queries, phone, email, in person
- Assisting people when visiting on site
- Assisting in the administrative tasks / data entry
- And ad-hoc customer centric duties
- Strong customer service and administrative skills
- Excellent presentation and communication
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks
- Drivers licence and commitment to a long term, potentially temp to perm role for the right person
