We have an exciting opportunity to join one of Australia's fastest growing technology companies as a Customer Service Manager. Located in MacQuarie Park, this interesting position will have you overseeing and driving a Customer Service team within a very successful and prosperous Data Centre.

- Previous experience in a customer service/operations management position

- Previous experience in process improvement
- A proven record in enhancing customer service standards
Scope of responsibilities:
- Manage day to day operations of Customer Service team in Sydney
- Conduct 1:1's and ensure team are tracking against KPIs
- Roster staff 10 members of staff across 24/7 roster
- Lead and mentor team to enhance customer service function
- Manage the recruitment and training aspects
This is a challenging position that will allow you to make the role your own and assist this leading organisation through their growth phase.
