Sirius People are currently working with an exciting client that is a fast scaling Australian Agritech company. This role will be working with a friendly and collaborative team located in North Sydney.
Reporting to the Operations Manager and Managing Director, your main tasks will include:
- Mentoring and supporting the Customer Service team (some who work remote)
- Manage Customer Accounts and be the point of contact for VIP’s
- Reporting weekly and monthly to Management
- Escalating issues when they arise and process improvements
- General administration duties
To be successful in this position, you will need:
- Minimum 3 years experience leading a customer service team
- Experience working in or have lived in rural Australia
- Strong customer service and administrative skills
- Positive and collaborative attitude
- Excellent presentation and communication
- High sense of urgency and a strong team player
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks
