Do you have experience working in or living in Rural Australia?

Sirius People are currently working with an exciting client that is a fast scaling Australian Agritech company. This role will be working with a friendly and collaborative team located in North Sydney.

Reporting to the Operations Manager and Managing Director, your main tasks will include:

  • Mentoring and supporting the Customer Service team (some who work remote)
  • Manage Customer Accounts and be the point of contact for VIP’s 
  • Reporting weekly and monthly to Management
  • Escalating issues when they arise and process improvements 
  • General administration duties 

To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • Minimum 3 years experience leading a customer service team
  • Experience working in or have lived in rural Australia
  • Strong customer service and administrative skills
  • Positive and collaborative attitude
  • Excellent presentation and communication
  • High sense of urgency and a strong team player
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks
