Our client, a leader in the construction industry is looking to bring on new Customer Service superstars to their inbound contact centre.
Reporting to the Team Leader, your main duties will be taking customer calls, assisting them with their enquiry, troubleshooting and resolving issues, administrative related duties, working to KPIs.
To be successful in this role you will need:
Customer Service experience
to be an enthusiastic, switched on candidate ready for a new challenge
experience in an inbound call centre environment an advantage
the ability to help solve complex problems or questions
be available to work Mondays to Saturdays
