  • Permanent position

  • $51,500k + super + 4% yearly bonus

  • Immediate start available

Our client, a leading supplier in the Electronic Industry, is looking for an experienced Customer Service person to join them as a Service Department Administrator.

Reporting to the Technical Services Manager and working with a small established team, your main duties would be:

  • Customer service (phone and email enquiries, taking payments, escalations, bookings and returns) 

  • Manage workflow and scheduling of repairs

  • Dispatch of repairs and parts orders

  • Resolutions for processes and turn around of repairs 

To be successful in this busy role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in Customer Service (Customer Phone Based)

  • High level of Accuracy and problem solving skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Problem solving ability

  • Excellent communication and time management skills

  • Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel

A passion for Electronics would be highly desirable.
