Reporting to the Team Leader, your main duties will be taking customer calls, assisting them with their enquiry, troubleshooting and resolving issues, administrative related duties, working to KPIs.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Strong Customer Service experience within a call centre environment
- Understanding of Customer Service best practice standards
- Demonstrated experience working within the manufacturing/building product industries
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and an ERP
- Understanding of supply-chain processes, warehouse & logistics processes
- Problem solving, multi-tasking, time management, accuracy & detail orientation skills
- Customer and stakeholder relationship management skills
- Excellent communication, conflict & complaint management skills
