- $53,000 + super + Bonuses

Reporting to the Team Leader, your main duties will be taking customer calls, assisting them with their enquiry, troubleshooting and resolving issues, administrative related duties, working to KPIs.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- a minimum of 1 years experience within an inbound call centre
- to be an enthusiastic, switched on candidate ready for a new challenge
- Interest in or have above average maths abilty
- the ability to help solve complex problems or questions
- excellent customer service skills
