Customer Care Consultant

  • Permanent Opportunity

  • Regents Park location - Hybrid WFH after training 

  • $60,000k + Super 

Sirius People are currently working with a client in the manufacturing industry and are looking for a Customer Care Consultant to join the team.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

You will be responsible for the below duties:

  • Customer Care - provide best customer service to B2B customers, quote to cash order management, tracking orders to fulfillment

  • Managing customers vias phone, and email in required SLA’s 

  • Managing customer orders and problem-solving issues 

  • Liaise with the sales team, the supply chain, and 3PL teams to ensure customer needs are met 

  • Support customer care colleagues 

  • Adhoc administration tasks when required

About you:

  • Minimum 2+ years experience in a similar role with B2B experience

  • Understanding of supply chain and logisitic/warehouse processes

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, SAP or JDE experience preferred

  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills

  • Organised and work in a fast-paced environment
