$60,000k + Super
Sirius People are currently working with a client in the manufacturing industry and are looking for a Customer Care Consultant to join the team.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will be responsible for the below duties:
Customer Care - provide best customer service to B2B customers, quote to cash order management, tracking orders to fulfillment
Managing customers vias phone, and email in required SLA’s
Managing customer orders and problem-solving issues
Liaise with the sales team, the supply chain, and 3PL teams to ensure customer needs are met
Support customer care colleagues
Adhoc administration tasks when required
About you:
Minimum 2+ years experience in a similar role with B2B experience
Understanding of supply chain and logisitic/warehouse processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, SAP or JDE experience preferred
Strong time management and prioritisation skills
Organised and work in a fast-paced environment
