Our client, a leader in the Safety Industry is looking for Customer Service Officers to join their customer centric team.
Reporting to the Team Leader, your main tasks will include:
Answering all sales and service queries via phone, email or in person
Support the Sales Team and coordinating sales activities
Assisting in the administrative tasks
Account manage major suppliers
To be successful in this position, you will need:
Previous customer service experience
Strong communication and administrative skills
Proactive approach to Problem Solving
Motivated to provide Exceptional Service Outcomes
Knowledge with ordering systems - advantageous
High sense of urgency and a strong team player
Ability to meet deadlines and set KPI's
