- $32.00 per hour + Super + OT
- Greystanes Location - Parking Available
- Temp to Perm role
Reporting to the Team Leader, your main tasks will include:
- Answering all sales and service queries via phone, email or in person
- Support the Sales Team and coordinating sales activities
- Assisting in the administrative tasks
- Account manage major suppliers
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong communication and administrative skills
- Proactive approach to Problem Solving
- Motivated to provide Exceptional Service Outcomes
- Knowledge with ordering systems - advantageous
- High sense of urgency and a strong team player
- Ability to meet deadlines and set KPI's
