Utilising your previous experience, tenacity and technical skills, this organisation is seeking a hands on Collections Officer to hit the ground running!
The Role:
Reporting to the Credit Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Collection of outstanding accounts
- Negotiating payment terms with customers
- Minimising bad debt
- Reconciliations
- Liaising with internal parties as required
- Liaising with 3rd party providers
- Ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
To be considered, you must demonstrate the following:
- Previous experience in a similar role (collection agency experience highly regarded)
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to work autonomously
- A strong team player
- A pro-active and dynamic approach
- Exceptional communication skills
