We have multiple opportunities available to join an industry leader within the Insurance space located in Parramatta. This awesome opportunity will have you working alongside a progressive and growing team supporting their customers in processing Home & Motor claims.
The role:
- Portfolio management of own group of customers
- Build strong rapport with customers & proactively inform of claim progression and outcome
- Answer general enquiries and advise on policy wording
- Investigate and customer issues and raise complaints
- Liaise with customers, third parties and other internal/external stakeholders to gather information
- Gain a strong understanding for home and motor insurance policies
What we are looking for:
- Previous claims experience within the insurance industry
- Excellent communication skills
- A proactive 'can-do' attitude
- High attention to detail
- The ability to build strong rapport with customers and stakeholders
- Efficient time management and organisational skills
