Reporting to the CEO, your main tasks will include:
- Developing financial strategies to plan outcomes and drive financial performance
- Preparing financial budgets, forecasting & reporting
- Managing the financial reporting to the board including P&L, balance sheets
- Leading the finance team and supporting the executives in business strategies
- Providing advice and guidance to the board of directors
- Managing and overseeing the banking and borrowing arrangements
- Managing cash flow - forecasting, reporting, and actualising
- Minimum 3 years of strong experience or online retail management experience
- NetSuite experience highly regarded
- Ability to collaborate with internal & external stakeholders
- Ability to improve processes and streamline solutions
- Solid written & verbal communication skills
- High sense of urgency and is a strong team player
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks
