Are you an immediately available candidate who is looking for a position with a quick start? I am looking for someone with impeccable communication and administration skills to join my client with offices based in North Sydney.
What you will be doing:
- Provide administration support on various projects using SAP
- Manage and document information accurately on the company's management system
- Set up and track progress on various projects
- Ensure all documents and contracts are aligned with company policy
- Provide all rounded administration support
- Assist with invoices and raise purchase orders
- Work closely with finance and legal teams
What we are looking for:
- Personable and engaging
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Detail-minded and organised
- Strong administration skills
- Pro-active and helpful, able to work in a team environment
- Process-driven
- Experience handling large volume of documents including contracts and confidential matters
