Industrious People are seeking a pro-active Business Development Manager to grow a well established Blue Collar division of the Sirius Group.

The role is to search for new business opportunities within the blue collar market.
BDM will personally take ownership of winning a new client relationships.
BDM will be working closely with the Recruitment Team who have the expertise and capabilities to fill the roles whilst maintaining a high level of customer service and candidate retention.
This role would suit a 360 recruiter who is fed up with the delivery side of the business or an existing business development manager who has expert knowledge of the blue collar temp recruitment market.
BDM will be supported by an established and profitable business and management team with excellent market reputation.
The salary package depends on the candidate's experience and is negotiable.
BDM will be based at our new Parramatta office and will be able to benefit from working for a fun loving team with flexible working arrangements.
